Redefining User Interfaces to Elevate CBD's Digital Experience

As a UI Designer with UX expertise, I contributed to enhancing the user experience and modernizing the CBD website and intranet application. By identifying design gaps and incorporating new, user-friendly features, I ensured critical information became accessible within three clicks and improved overall navigation. Additionally, I developed streamlined section templates and reusable components aligned with the upgraded Sitefinity 14.4 CMS, optimizing both the visual consistency and content management process.

Story

The Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD), a trusted financial institution in Dubai, required a website with an intuitive user interface and seamless user experience to ensure effortless navigation, secure transactions, and efficient access to financial services, fostering customer trust and satisfaction.

The project focused on analyzing the existing website’s UI/UX to identify areas for enhancement. A modern, responsive design was developed to align with CBD’s branding and industry best practices, improving navigation and user flow. The designs were optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, implemented into the front-end code, and validated through usability testing, with refinements made based on user feedback.
